Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pawvers is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
